Inspection requests and appointments

Submitting a request on this website does not reserve an appointment or create a contract for roofing work. We will contact you to confirm a time. Weather and safe roof access may affect when an inspection can take place.

Estimates and roofing work

Content on this website is general information, not a quote for your property. The scope, price, schedule, payment terms and warranty for any roofing work are set out in a written agreement between you and L3 before work begins.

Insurance questions

An L3 inspection describes the roof conditions we observe and the roofing work we propose. It does not determine whether your insurance policy covers anything, and we do not guarantee any insurance outcome. Contact your insurance company about your policy, coverage and reporting requirements.

Text messages

If you agree to receive text messages from L3, our SMS terms apply. In short: texting is optional and is not a condition of purchase, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, you can reply STOP to opt out at any time, and you can reply HELP for help.
