Information you give us. When you request an inspection or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, property address, city and ZIP code, and any details you choose to share, such as your email address, whether you own the home, the type of work you need and any message you send us.

Text-message consent records. If you agree to receive text messages, we keep a record of that consent: which messages you agreed to, the wording you saw, the date and time, the page where you agreed, your IP address and browser, and any later opt-out.

Information collected automatically. Our website host records technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit, which is used to run and secure the site.
